Our Restore Care Team is happy to answer any additional questions you might have!
Restore has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being assessed the full value of your visit.
Yes! Based on your comfort level, internal work can still be performed. Regardless, there is still plenty of work we can do externally to continue your plan of care during your period.
An internal exam is an insertion of one gloved finger into the vagina (or rectum when appropriate) to assess for tissue abnormalities, your ability to control your pelvic floor muscles, or any pain or discomfort. It is the most accurate information on how your pelvic muscles are working. However, it is never mandatory, and some conditions may not even need an internal exam. You can say no and are always in control of the final decision. Plan to discuss this with your therapist.
While it’s very hard to predict how many treatment sessions each person will have, on average, we see our ladies for a total of 8-10 visits. The frequency of your visits usually start off as 1x per week and will begin to space out as you progress in your care.
The first appointment is a 90 minute evaluation for $249. Any follow up visits you may need are $199. We also offer digital check-ins for $99.
Out of network reimbursement is dependent upon your insurance policy. In many instances, you can check your insurance benefits online or call the number on the back of your insurance card. Be sure to ask for out of network physical therapy coverage. In some instances, the total cost of out-of-network may not be much different than in network costs
In order to deliver uncompromised care, Restore is an out of network facility. This means you will be charged at time of service. We will provide you an itemized receipt called a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
